I am a landlord from London and have been investing in Warrington. I have dealt with them a few times a month over a 12 month period having viewed around 100 properties in Warrington and purchased several of them. 222 have been dreadful to deal with, the absolute worst out of all the agencies I dealt with, they never call back and you have to chase them up for viewings etc every few days, I have made attempts to view a number of properties over a period of time and there are always excuses as to why they cannot be viewed, of the one appointment I was able to book with them no one was present to show me in. I have spoken to a number of people locally who have also had the same issue. I would never view any properties through them in the future or use them as a letting agent. There are some excellent agents in Warrington, however despite their outward appearance of being organised and with their branded vehicles etc they cannot get their act together.

10 Sept 2022Furnished flat advertised with pictures of property with bed frame, fridge and glass table. When viewed fridge was gone, bed frame dismounted and instead yellow stained mattress on the floor left and random furniture's. Very, I mean very old sofa and chair left in flat. Looks like all crap gathered from other flats dumped in last available one. Following the viewing I had unpleasant conversation with office staff who said all furniture's must stay in. Removing them was out of the question. It was my only and last attempt to use 222.

222 Estates have just rented my property out on Battersby Lane, they organised all the remedial works and cleaning and found me some excellent tenants whom are very happy with the property and the service they received from the guys there.
