Have worked with many agents before - but by far this is the worst company I have ever come across. They contently loose your details, send your details to wrong addresses, and I got sent someone else letting agreement! Change/add fees to the contract unknowing to the landlord - 0 start if I could

This company only cares about the money. I've been their customer for four years and they still treat me as if I was an enemy. Whenever I call them, they rush to finish, don't want to listen, and don't accept my opinion. I have a big hole at the middle of my property's corridor ... Read Full Review

I have spoken with a Ravi at this company who is very rude and unhelpful. We are a client that rents a property with this agaency and he answers the call with what do you want now instead of how can I help you? You need to put your staff on customer service training. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
