Absolutely appalling letting agency my experience has been all bad. The staff speak so disrespectful when dealing with customers complaints about the property. Also left work before calling to confirm they would not be fixing my boiler, so no hot water or heating for me and my son over the weekend. Very impolite tone in voice acted like he was frustrated that I was calling. Worst experience. Will defiantly be taking this up with my council.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
