Absolutely appalling letting agency my experience has been all bad. The staff speak so disrespectful when dealing with customers complaints about the property. Also left work before calling to confirm they would not be fixing my boiler, so no hot water or heating for me and my son over the weekend. Very impolite tone in voice acted like he was frustrated that I was calling. Worst experience. Will defiantly be taking this up with my council.

One of the worst offenders of not giving up property at the end of the term are Elliot Leigh Guaranteed Rent Scheme they actually coach tenants to ask Landlords to do work and deduct it from the rent at extortionate rates. If you are a tenant do not expect them to carry out any repairs to the property.
