It was frustrating getting all the reference despite explaining my previous landlord was declining to give reference. However Salik and Co insisted on it explaining that they have an obligation and duty of care to their landlord. Fatma was very helpful all the away through.

Absolutely dreadful experience. When we arrived in the house it was absolutely filthy and we had to spend days cleaning and mending/replacing broken furniture. What agent could do to change your mind?

a 100 referencing fee for a long and tortuous process that actually amounted to nothing. None of the references were followed up (so perhaps the fees for the referencing at maras weren\'t paid) Mishaps along the way meant that private information was sent to tenants in another house. Overall the service was consistently poor.
