Moved into a house that needed loads of work, spent hundreds on improvements. Only for them to deduct hundreds off return deposit, due to very trivial discrepancies. Couple of nice staff, but service was slow. Would never rent off them again. Overall Treatment was very unsatisfactory.

Shocking. I viewed a flat through them, the lady was very rude to me and basically said I couldn't afford it (without questionning my finance, obviously assumed).
