Hi sabrina, Its unfortunate that someone that had given you a chance and you had to carry our measures to make lies in your head, iv been doing what iv been doing for over 11 years - and with your innocent talks in regards to how I operate will not work, furthermore you was a cleaner for the company and we had given you a chance untill you decided to steal the companys assets and clients - and opened your own agency ruthmans.. when this neither worked for you for and had to close down and your partner leaving you for the same issue why we had dismissed you for your work duties due to your bipolor behaviour.. even going to the employment tribunal did not work and you had wished to recieved over £15k. Sabrina your nothing but a fake dispite everything - you may try your very hardest to do what you wish to do but you aint the law and you aint no jury, may god help you .. instead of crying over spilt milk try concentrating on your son and do the right thing by not posting negative and false reviews. Your nothing but a lost cause and i only can pray the best on you.. if business did not work when you had opened ruthmans in enfields i can only understand the fustration this may have caused with your mental health, i am refering you to a few specailist that you need to look into becauce this is not on. Hi everyone - firstly i wouldnt entertain sabrina - she use to work for The firm was dismissed due to stealing the clients - and has opened a estate agent called ruthmans based in enfield - clearly that did not work out and has to be closed down - furthermore we had no correspondences regarding any court hearing regarding you being unfairly dismissed so you are not owed nothing, your assumptions and pack of lies have clearly got you working on this - so any body that wishes to follow then please do so. Any one that has a issue then please email directly any one that wishes to entertain a fabricated review and a lie and wishes to run with it then please do so., I can understand you was ambitious as you was the company cleaner but being a liar we did not have you down for YOU WAS DISMISSED FOR YOU ANGER MANAGEMENT AND STEALING FROM THE COMPANY.- this was all aware to myself when i had managed you. Aidan never stops replying but never actually paid our money to the landlord. He said the apartment is from him but actually it's from another agency. They are pocketing the money and I am thousands of pounds out of pocket. There is a definite trail of deliberate fraud and embezzlement by the same perpetrators who start illegal agency after illegal agency whenever their actions become exposed. These are the same fraudsters who closed down Oliver-Knights to become Lang and Ward and now operate as Strathmore and or William Huxley. Although thy have been reported to Action Fraud it appears no policing agency in the UK has been able to stop the very successful plundering initiated by these fraudsters. Oliver-Knights appeared in court on the 28th May 2019 but I have been unable to ascertain the outcome as I am a non UK resident landlord. My losses totaled over GBP20 000 by the time I was able to evict the serial benefits cheat who had been evicted from the unit next door to mine before being illegally installed in my unit by Oliver-Knights. I was contacted by Strathmore last week who had all my details on record - I have never had any dealings with them.

I’m more than happy to assist you and get your justice. No one in the past has taken him and his brothers as well as his accomplices to court under one lawsuit and the is currently investigating and building the case against them to finally bring them to justice :)
