Having previously valued our home quite positively I rang the agent who was most negative about our home. I'm guessing either this is because we chose another agent or the idea was to dumb our property down do much that we would go on with them and they would be on the side of the buyers and hence sell our house cheap. Our house is in decent condition and great value for the money. I'm sorry but I don't believe nova homes would work for a decent price for us the seller

Having been a landlord for nearly 12 years; at the beginning finding the right letting agency was, for me being new to the letting business, was like walking into a proverbial minefield..
