Just finished selling and buying a property through Lovelles,Barton and I have to say I would thoroughly recommend them. The property we sold was leasehold with service charges and the first buyer fell through for no reason. Lovelles took it all in their stride and had kept a buyer on their books from the initial sale, sold within 2 weeks after a 4 month wait for first buyer. Everyone we dealt with was quick, professional and carried out what they said they were going to do, taking ownership of each problem that arose and solving it. To be honest we'd almost lost the will to live after the first buyer and had a miserable Christmas. But Lovelles picked us up and just got the job done. Sounds cheesy but they actually seem to care and you're not just a number or cash cow. Thanks to Stephen and all your staff (who you should be very proud off) we are now sitting in our dream home.

Outraged by the higher end property's on offer, talk about exaggerations. Open views, in reality distant noxious chemical plants. What a joke, flood planes, flood ditches, depressing locations. Oh and not to mention the rather large issue of flooding around the areas they cover,... Read Full Review
