From the moment we moved into the flat we are renting there has been issues with things not working and health and safety issue. Not of these issues have been resolved after six months. Faulty oven, slow water flow, faulty boiler, faulty fire alarm systems. The owner and manager of the letting agent Chris Wade has deliberately ignore our calls and emails and have done nothing at all to rectify our problems. We would definitely not recommend this estate agent. Their slogan is "Not all estate agents are the same†which is true as they are extremely incompetent compared to any other we have dealt with.

Rude, arrogant, unprofessional. Although CSJ found a new tenant for us swiftly, they spoiled things during the letting process. Important emails sent to CSJ were ignored, we had to chase them many times to find out anything and we experienced significant delays which ultimately cost us money. ... Read Full Review

The guy is completly useless. I have had lots of problems with them. They suppose to cover the cost of damages done by thier property but guys from there basicly tring to avoid loosing a penny, they do not respond on any of the emails and when I steped to their office couple of times they just send ... Useless person. Should not work as agent as the customer service he provides is rubbish.
