If I could give 0 stars or -1 stars I would. This Agency is is only interested in your money. Now that is nothing new but the way they try to get your money is inhuman. Let me explain: This Agency started a contract with me without me signing it. How? I was supposed to move in with someone but when I saw the amount of the deposit I had doubts. I asked them to move the moving in date but it turns out that if one party has signed the contract for I had no say any more. I was told we can not move date and if they will do I will loose my holding deposit and on top of that I would have to pay a fee for getting out of a contract I never signed. This is where the nightmare began. As I had already invested I had tried to make it work but the moving date was in the middle of the month which caused issues as my payment is end of the month. I asked to move it. I was asked to pay a small fee of 30 pounds which was annoying but not a big problem. I told them to take it the end of the month. As I awaited the end of the month I was asked to pay nearly double of the amount of my rent. This is when I decided to move out. It was just money, money, money. I moved out 3 months ago and I still have not received a deposit. They do not allow you to talk with the landlord or accounts team. I never met an agency that does not allow you to talk to the Landlord! This contract to me was like signing a deal with the devil the least I can do is inform people about the way they go about things. No service is for free but not considering peoples financial circumstances, pushing them to move in now or charging them for no reason and then when it comes to them giving money back they "take time". I have never felt so belittled. They want you to beg you to give you YOUR money back. Please if you read this be warned.

They mislead you into taking out a life-time membership to access their mortgage services when you first buy or take out a mortgage through their services. Not a good company, a very inexperienced feel when dealing with the team. Extremely rude individual when trying to get deposit and over payment back from them after a tenancy agreement where full refund was agreed.
