Sacks homes claims to be based in WEst London but they are running their office in South Norwood. They are renting out the houses under the false deception that they will be ready and built by the time the tenants will move in and taking deposits. Tenants then have no choice but to move in houses which are not fully built, with no hot water, have to live under scaffolding and dust and in extremely cold rooms because the walls are not fully plastered. They often advertise the properties as all bills included in the rent but tenants discover it to be untrue after paying the deposit and the rent. They have no concern about health and safety and they find it amusing if any tenants speak about it. They have a habit of confiscating deposits.
What agent could do to change your mind?
stop being dishonest, perform ethical business policy. Stop taking people's money leaving customers under false deception.
