All the staff we dealt with have been very polite and professional. Excellent customer service. Offered ways in which transaction completed to everyone's satisfaction. Previous letting agent not a patch on Cross Keys. As a landlord trust our relationship will continue on such a good footing.

Really great staff. We sold through them in August and after a few bad experiences in the past with a few other agents were obviously concerned.
