I lived in a property run by Appleton. Very horrid experience. I would recommend any tenant to stay away from their properties. They were unprofessional and very rude in personal communications. They will make your life miserable. Once I overpaid rent and they were insisting that I didn't paid and kept phoning me every day for months telling me to pay rent. They would not listen to me. Only after I said that this is harassment they stoped. They wanted to make reductions of my deposit for everything. Luckily they lost their claim. Stay away if you cN
