Having tried once before to get on the London property market with no success left me in deep despair. This experience with Paul and his team could not have been any better. An honest and sincere team that not just had the sellers interested at heart but thoroughly also us, the buyers. This might sound very dramatic but Horton and Garton has actually changed my opinion about estate agents 360 degrees. As long as I buy and sell in London it will be through them. Through their actions I now have a lovely relationship with the free holder (we are leasehold) and also some of the neighbours. Paul, Jenn and James you set the bar very high through your kindness and helpfulness all through what is normally a stressful experience. Start a school for estate agents so the world could be a better place please.
