From our experiences as recent tenants we will not use Forest Bureau's services again and we cannot recommend them to others! In the very initial stages of flat hunting we experienced a professional and friendly 'face', but after we signed the tenancy agreement the service we received was rather indifferent and detached. But this we were able to live with... As we approached the end of our contract, however, it became apparent that both the landlord and ourselves were misinformed about the others' preferred intention, which culminated in an unwanted end of tenancy from the perspective of both parties. At best Forest Bureau's actions could be perceived as professional incompetence or at worst blatant deceit and misconduct. From our experience we cannot recommend Forest Bureau and we advise that if you are currently a tenant or landlord using their services you remain alert and stay in touch with each other (as landlord and tenant).
