More than two years of working with Connells and having to fire them twice. I feel I can comfortably say they are a terrible estate agent. Why didn't I give them 1 star? After the first time I fired them a member of staff was fired for her incompetence and replaced by someone who was really helpful. Convinced me they had turned over a new leaf and I was suitably happy with them finding me another tenant but as soon as they had to do anything else I was paying them for the whole problem came back. They're happy to take your money for management services but as soon as they need to manage anything they fail, terribly. When you have a problem and you need to speak with your agent the last thing you need is them ignoring emails for weeks and being âaway from their deskâ every time you call. I'm sure there are worse agencies in the world but I can confirm this one isn't one of the good ones.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
