We rented a flat in Leeds from Savills for about 14 months, when we asked to leave the flat before the end of our second term, they tried to convince us that, the break clause was not part of the extension of our first contract (it was) then after we moved out we did not recieve our deposit back in 15! working days, the standard is 7, we had to ask for it several times via email from our previous letting agent. We asked them if they could put us in contact with someone from London cause we were planning to move there, they gave us a guys number called Don, he said he has nothing for our budget and if he has he is gonna contact us, we checked online there were loads of flats furnished for £400 a week, he just tried to get rid of us.Poor customer service, b******t people.
