It was very kind of Joel to show us our property twice in a very short period to ensure we were comfortable with it. Our offer was treated very fairly and Joel's communication was very swift and helpful.
Comments on Agent Fees
We found the fees (£200 per tenant) to be high compared to what we have previously paid but the process was swift and easy so it was worth it. It's also worth bearing in mind that fees have been rising across the board so our previous experience may not be too relevant.
