I asked David Graham to act for us in our purchase of a house on the other side of the country and was delighted with the result. He did his research, asked some questions and settled on a fair price. He negotiated with the vendors' agents - civilised, firm - and delivered. No hassle for us and the assurance that we paid the right price. If there is at stake tens of thousands of pounds i do not understand why everyone does not do this.

This estate agents is in my opinion highly unprofessional and extremely ignorant. Quoted £140 for two people on the rightmove ad, on the phone changed it to £200.
