Emailed the estate agents. Got a reply. Went for a viewing. Completely honest an all nicey nice face to face. Dropped application off for property to be ignored. Emailed several times. Rang after 5 days of the application of being dropped off for property... guess what. I spoke to someone who said they was going to transfer through but was palmed off of how they was busy an to ring back. After ending the call I received an email saying that the said property had received a private application an that the landlord was away on holiday and that they'd be in touch with the decision from the landlord...heard nothing. Won't be looking for a property through these. A waste of time!!

1 star is 1 star too much! Rude, unhelpful disinterested lazy staff! Estate agents generally have a poor reputation, but the Denbigh office for this crowd are really scraping the bottom of the barrel for estate agents and I’ve bought and sold many... Read Full Review

Don't bother phoning and expecting a call, they don't. Waited and waited, no one calls , called back several times, the Estate agent never in office, have no idea or expertise in answering questions of property they are selling on behalf of other... Read Full Review
