They made up policy to sell a property to one of there top clients for the only reason being is that its there top client and they want to keep him happy, they tried to tell me that surveys are "tougher" for FTBs than landlords .... Its the same report and will probably be conducted by the same surveyor

Truely terrible company. Everything was fine until my family and I left the property, they hjust didnt want to give us our deposit back and wanted to charge for the smallest little item.
