Pinks have just sold my father's house. They found an amazing number of prospective buyers even in January and the sale went through smoothly. Our negotiator, Allie was first class.

Their £699 commission up front was equivalent to 0.38% compared with other estate agents quoting 1.25%, a saving of £1614 on £185000 sale price
