We decided to instruct Tim Russ & Co for the sale of our property as the staff were approachable, professional and friendly with competitive fees. We definitely made the right decision as the service we received was excellent. From finding us a buyer fairly quickly in a challenging market to the problem solving and negotiation involved in enabling the chain to stay together when it fell apart after 2 months! The communication throughout was always open and response timely. Particular thanks to Dan, Ed and Dominic the branch manager who was incredible when he stepped up to manage the complexities towards the end of our sale and even assisted in managing the negotiations of the property we were purchasing through a different estate agent!
