We’ve been on tenancy agreement for more than 1 year, after 3 months from the renewal our circumstances chaged and my husband has been relocated to the continent. Our landlord disagrees to release us earlier even if everything has been paid regularly and no arrears pending on . I tried to be helped by miss Lorna Hutchinson but she failed because she took landlord’s parts. Landlord asks to keep all the deposit and what’s left from current rental and pretending to still keep us on the agreement even if we won’t stay in the country anymore. I want to aware everyone to stay far from them, they don’t want to help in this case.
