A truly superlative service! Paul was thoroughly professional with an excellent knowledge of the local area, other properties on the market and a quite remarkable approach to marketing. He not only advised on presenting the property to its best, but also arranged the necessary workmen to undertake the improvements. As a result we managed to sell for the full asking price.
