disgusted with this agency. The owner himself booked us a viewing, didn't even bother turning up to the viewing, lied about the property being taken already after we viewed it, only so he could change the price of rent shown!! Then tried to charge us £333 for his services!!! He also then changed the price of his fees a day later, and refused to answer any questions. From a position of power, Andrew was abusing every step he could take knowing full well we could do nothing but accept what was said to us. Treated like trash from the very first phone call.

8 Oct 2023Not the first time their agents behaved as if they were the owners, with Rude & grumpy staff. Pathetic customer service, I wonder why on earth people even go to them they are full of a crap team.
