I had all of the main Estate Agents out to value my house. I am delighted to say that my house sale has just completed with Hathways and they achieved £28,000 more for me than the lowest valuation I had from the other agents. The quality of the photographs and the way they marketed the property made a huge difference. I'm so glad I made the right choice as I could have been substantially out of pocket if I had chosen one of the other Agents.
