We have two offices in Ashford, in the High Street and in Repton Park. We are one of, if not the largest rental agent in Ashford providing very competitive fees to landlords and tenants.
We are also the only high street agent in Ashford to offer a fixed 1% sales fee which includes professional photography, EPC,
floorplan and Rightmove premium listing. If we do not sell you pay us nothing.

Turned up for viewing 10 min early and rang doorbell as instructed 3 times then waited until my allocated time rang doorbell 5 times no answer. Agency could not contact their agent to open flat or even turn up. I hope they know time and money are not just spend on their side but on the prospective tenants side equally not to mention incredible fees for renting yet another agency forgetting who is paying the rent and fees!

Hard to say as they dont turn up but I would say a £50 reimbursement to me for my time will be fair!

15 Apr 2019I have spoken to the negotiator that was conducting the viewing she was present throughout as she had a prior viewing at the same property. Our office called her to say that you were outside and told you to use the intercom to be let in, our negotiator released the door for you however when no one arrived she went out to investigate and no one was there, we do not know how you missed each other, however if you wish to re-book please call us. The worse agency ever lied to us and money grabbing took money out of deposit for dust 50 and 100 for removal of one wall of wallpaper and told us landlord was selling property but found out that someone else moved in to property never fix problems and very rude on phone do not go... Extremely rude and aggressive staff. From the very start. They don't care they just want to argue. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
