I rented a property through Octopus for over three years. The agents were always so friendly. If there is a problem with the property they do their best to get it sorted quickly. They are also good because they don't try and get loads of money out of you like other letting agents. I got my full deposit back after 3.5 years,and they don't charge any check out fees. Their referencing fees are very reasonable too. I would recommend them.
