We were very impressed by the Calverton Estate Agents, Thomas James and the Team of Mike Hale, Jasmine Hunt and Boyd Elliott. They were highly professional from the beginning to the completion of the sale and supervised all of the viewings. The photographs were very impressive and helped encourage perspective buyers to book viewings. The viewings were arranged by telephone and confirmed by e mail. We were pleased to receive their weekly reports by detailed emails and telephone updates, while the sale was ongoing right through to completion.This made the sale stress free for us. When we experienced difficulties, which meant we needed to suspend the sale for a few weeks, they were all very supportive and kept in touch with us, without putting us under any pressure. We had previously tried using a budget company, to reduce the sale of the house, but it was a total disaster. Thomas James proved to be excellent value for money. We would not hesitate to use them again, in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you all very much, Mike, Jasmine and Boyd, you make a splendid Team!

We had excellent service from Annaliese and the rest of the team. We had several problems with offers and buyers but these were all sorted out by Thomas James and eventually we got the sale price we wanted.
