Having been a tenant with this agent, I wish the landlord had marketed through someone else! Trying to get any information from them is like pulling teeth. I mainly dealt with Racheal who acted like she didn't want to be there or even deal with you in the first place. She was rude on the phone, as I dare ask for an update and never got back to me. Kept having to chase her to be told ' im waiting to hear back from the landlord '. Another member of staff then told me she had not even bothered to contact them. Completely fobbed off and very unprofessional, brings this company down big time. Hannah came to do my inspection every few months and was a pleasure to deal with, polite, efficient and I never had to chase her for anything, she is an asset to the company.
