We recently purchased a property through Andrew at Winkworth. The entire process from viewing to completion took just over 6 weeks and this was in a large part thanks to Andrew's efficient attitude and affability. He was willing to open the flat up to us regularly after our offer had been accepted so we could begin the lengthy process of contracting an architect and builders for the renovations necessary, was helpful to us and our solicitor in chasing required information and always on hand to help.

We were very disappointed with Winkworth Kentish Town. We were sold a 12 week contract for the sale of our flat, and were tied in to 16 weeks without our knowledge.
