I don't know where to start with these people, apparently they can just walk into your rented property without even asking you!!! I was at work today and they called round to my house to carry out a energy assessment, luckily someone was there. When I called they said they had emailed me- I didn't get it, but when asked why they don't follow unanswered emails up the answer was "we send out to many" so they can just walk on in regardless, there attitude stinks, mind you it always has. They said they don't has to ask for key entry - can you believe that - I have a autistic grandson and if he had been there, god knows how he would of reacted.

Called Wrights on couple of occasions to find out about few properties, the girls very unwelcoming and ignorant over the phone!! Not the best experience, will avoid them in future. Would not want to let out or sell out my property with them... Read Full Review
