Having made an offer which was accepted things started to move in the right direction. That was the last time I expected to speak with the sellers agent however, I was in for a shock. Matt Millward called us regularly enquiring how things were going and if he could assist. When we started to come up against a few issues mainly with the sellers solicitors, Matts help dramatically changed things. Nothing was too much trouble and he resolved things by speaking to all parties and solicitors. I felt this was above and beyond as Matt was the sellers agent and not ours.
