When selling house with this company I had nothing but bad advice and shoddy service. The house was on the market for 2 weeks at the price they recommended. When an offer was made it was like Richard was working for the buyer! We had an offer 5 grand below asking price, then very little viewers. I later found out 1 viewer had been told it was sale agreed before it was! I hadn't even received brochures and was advised to take the offer. Richard was ringing asking us to drop the price several times afterwards for various reasons until I asked him were the buyers friends of his as he certainly didn't seen to be working in our interests! Convinced they were or he just doesn't care what price you get as their fee is set either way.
