I lived in a property managed by Fairdeal properties for over 1 year and had been in touch with Afzal from day one. He was very prompt in dealing with my contract and the keys, so my move was as smooth as it could possibly be. Me and my flatmates communicated directly with Afzal regarding any questions and issues about the property and he has been reliable and efficient in dealing with everything we needed. I would definitely love to co operate with Afzal and Fairdeal properties in the future should I need a property around the areas they cover. Overall I'm very happy to have worked with a helpful and professional agent and I felt very looked after as a customer.

good service, cheap clean rooms. viewed 2 and decided on 1 wanted to give deposit there but Afzal stated documents needed verifying 1st which makes sense. room secured once deposit paid. any maintenance to property is repaired very quickly. only 4 flatmates in total which is very important for me ...
