No pre vet of potential buyers, communication is non existent, no feedback of viewings or when taking place, buyer had questions and were not supportive, then no contact or viewings for 8 weeks after buyer pulled out until notice period finished. Went with new estate agent, who sold STC in first we ek for more than Alan Cummings valued, weekly communication and updates on STC process as a good agent should avoid Alan cummings estate agent as made to feel their doing you a favour.

I've sold 4 houses over the years through Alan Cummings Estate Agent without an issue. The most recent sale was 4 months ago which was marketed, buyer found and the sale completed in 11 weeks.
