Avoid at all costs, have rented through them for the last eight months and literally have nothing positive to say about them. They really don't seem to know what they're doing at all. Take far too long to resolve any issues, I've been without a fridge / freezer for almost a week because the one in the property I'm renting has stopped working & they still have not arranged for it's repair or replacement. I was one working day late paying rent one month last year and instead of contacting me by phone & reminding me they jumped straight to sending me a 'notice of eviction' email, which I was then told to just ignore when I rang to advise that I had made the payment. All in all the service has been absolutely awful, I would never rent or buy through them again or recommend anyone else to do so.
