We're tenants renting through Morris Dibben and their customer service is at absolute lowest. Took pretty much 6months to replace cracked tiles, always saying âwe haven't heard from the landlordâ but landlord would call us and ask if we have heard from agents as he wasn't updated either. Now we're stuck with no heating, after reporting it no one got back to us until we chased and the excuse of not acknowledging it was âyour property manager changedâ. Now instead of sending someone out to fix the heating, they just gave us the contractors number asking us to deal with them directly. They told us that the contractor was trying to get hold of us ânumerous times but couldn't get throughâ. We both checked our phones and no one tried contacting us, after calling the plumber ourselves he confirmed that he didn't try to get hold of us as he only found out about the issue. Absolutely useless âproperty managementâ team if you can even call them like that as nothing ever gets done and we have to deal with contractors directly. Would recommend other landlords use tenant find service or go through another agency.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
