Having dealt with a .Male Director at Midwinter Koval today regarding one of their rental properties fences having been in my garden for the past week and a half. I was shocked and upset by the patronising way in which I was spoken to. He was twisting everything I said and acted as though I was totally unreasonable wanting the fence removed asap (as apposed to leaving it there for 4-5 weeks). He spent the entire conversation being smarmy, patronising, rude and obnoxious. As a neighbour of a rental property, I would seriously recommend any landlord and or renter steers clear of this agency. They appear to have one odd job man for all of their rental properties and he is rushed off his feet and therefore any work that is required takes a long time to fix.

9 Sept 2019Bald, small man syndrome? Course it was Andrew Koval. He’s a nasty piece of work and a perv. Dont surprise me the amount of people who all have a story on this bloke. I take it back because he surrounds himself with people who can’t see through the fake. He’s one nasty man. I would never do business with him. He screams control freak and narcissist
