Samuel James facilitated 2 purchases for me, and helped me rent out both properties in the early stages after completion. In every aspect, they did a great job. Always on the end of the phone, turned every problem into a successful solution, excellent attention to detail, nothing too much trouble. We had some very emotional tenants and vendor, and throughout, Bruce and Ollie's communication was superb, managing to keep everyone onside in sometimes very difficult circumstances. Sam also played a very important part in getting both purchases over the line. As a landlord and property developer, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
