The house was not fit for occupancy, there was no hot water, the cooker didn't work it had not been cleaned, fixtures and fittings were broken and dirty, the bath was held together with Cello tape, there was mould and damp in the bedrooms and rotting food down the chairs, bedroom sinks didn't drain and the shower leaked into the downstairs hallway., The property was not as advertised, the tenants were told it would be refurbished - it wasn't even cleaned, Maintenance issues are still outstanding 12 weeks into agreement. Rude, aggressive staff who ignore emails and won't take phone calls or give schedules of work.. They do not make appointments and they use a key to enter the property with out permission. They repeatedly and knowingly breach Government Legislation, The house in question is an overpriced dump. G4Lets use aggressive practices. They do not even deserve one star!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
