First time I was letting a place and it was absolutely filthy, holes in the walls, exposed screws, bins with stuff still in them, dirty walls, furniture falling apart - basically not fit for human habitation and they essentially shrugged and said it wasn't their responsibility. When I moved out they pulled me up on all the exposed screws and took a chunk of my deposit back. Now I'm having to regretfully use them again, and in spite of dealing exclusively with them regarding a flat listed on their website, they've just revealed they don't manage the property and to contact someone else! I've even had a viewing! This company is incompetent beyond compare. Worst letting agent I've ever encountered and worth avoiding at all cost. Staff are either stupid or not remotely arsed to do their job. Dreadful

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the individual property without further information, however, if you would like to email us at lettings@livingspaces.co.uk we could investigate further. We do market properties for other agents and carry out viewings, when you do reserve one of these properties the process is dealt with by that agent as they are formally instructed by the landlord to carry out referencing checks etc and draw up the tenancy, however we do carry out the check in at our Grey Street office for ease as they are not locally based.

Stay away from this one. If you have to deal with them be very careful. Keep records of all conversations and take the check in inventories seriously. Their services are not worth a penny as they are cheats
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
