Should have heeded the warning signs when they forgot there was a viewing. Lied constantly, from the date the property was available, work to be done, falsified information to get an increase in rent. Gave access to the property without our knowledge or permission - we only knew because our possessions had been moved - then lied that no one had entered, but admitted it later. Don't turn up to appointments and never answer the phone or return calls - been told this is company policy! Absolutely terrible agent, will make your life difficult once they have your money. AVOID!
