Firstly Neil Clubley came to our house and gave us his view on our property. It turned out to be spot on and we are glad we went with MJ as our house has sold while neighbouring properties have not. On viewing other properties Jeanette stood out as a viewing representative knowing the properties and understanding our needs, she was also a warm and welcoming presence. Once the House negotiations were underway we had Ellie Pike as our point of contact. She kept us aware of progress and gave us advice and updates on a regular basis which were much appreciated. She appeared to take a personal interest in all negotiations and we felt she understood everything that was going on. When things got delayed or complicated she contacted all parties to try and sort things out as quickly as possible. We liked her upbeat approach and felt she was involved as much as we were. No problem was too much for her and she followed up as quickly as she could. Overall we were very pleased we chose MJ. We are now happily settled in our new property.
