Sedge were selling a property I wished to purchase i found the staff polite but inexperienced in the process of property transactions. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent owner Pete Coupland has a very strange way of dealing with clients he behaves like a bully when he is asked questions relating to the sale, professionalism is not his strongest point perhaps he is new to this business it does appear this way. He should be honest with clients instead of the rubbish talk he tries to fill you with regarding your purchase. Sadly he will lose many clients both sellers and buyers if he does not address his lack of training issues
