Absolutely brilliant! Honestly, me and my husband are extremely happy with Dale Elliotte service and how he runs his business. To be truthful, we were skeptical at first as he didn't seem to have many reviews but the ones he did have were good so we gave it a shot since it was no sale no fee. He made us feel at ease in the appointment as we had heard terrible things about offers falling through before it completed but Dale guaranteed us once we get an offer it wont fall through. To our surprise, the property was on the market within 3 days and he does all the searches before it goes on the market which is something we hadn't seen before. He had our property sold ABOVE what we wanted within 6 days!! Dale's process makes you feel calm because he takes a deposit from the buyer once they place an offer and an additional 1% deposit once they're happy with the searches. Really really happy with what Dale has done for us and we would highly recommend and have already been doing so with our friends and family. Today is 3 weeks since the property has sold and he has already got us to exchange. We're so over the moon that we told him to take an extra few hundred on his fee because he worked hard, and we felt he worked for us rather than the typical estate agent. Thanks again Dale
