As letting agents they do not perform well. They take their time attending to faults and tend to go with cowboy contractors. Their percentage rate charged to the landlord is kept low by charging tenants over �120 for an Exit Inspection and landlords for the Entry Inspection. This is well hidden ... Read Full Review
