Avoid! All three dealings we've had with this agent have been full of incompencies, they just seem to fail at everything, even the most basics. They transferred our rented garage to a new agent and failed to tell us, and also failed to tell them of our deposit that they were holding. They sent important info to an old address, despite them having our current and next address as they were preparing the tenancy for our move to our next address. They avoid placing deposit funds in TDS, which is concerning, and state that they will keep interest from it. They have misrepresented the current landlords requirements on a tenancy they drew up for him, and lied to us about his requirements. Our current landlord is agast and still awaiting this agency to meet his requirements! In the past they failed in their management responsibilities, resulting in flat they were managing being unfit for habitation post vacation by previous tenants. We had to pull out last minute, which cost us some referencing fees. Lettings agent Patrick is clueless.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
