I find these agents a bunch of liars, all they want is your money. Not interested in actually fulfilling their roles as a management company between tenants and landlords, quite cunning and twisted. This agency is bunch full of liars they are the greediest people I have ever dealt with during our stay in one of their property they were the huge headache every other day the staff keep on sending letters and calling for rent increase manytimes the matter went up to the level of harassment ... terrible nothing but trouble and disgusting lies , personally nothing was told to me about the property its self e.g if you dont put the heating on slugs enter all parts of the house not to mention black mould which has effected my health from cleaning it i now have an asthma pump ,not to mention ... What agent could do to change your mind?
more consideration for family\'s , no lies , full honesty about property and work done in property, solutions to help and be supportive of circumstance changes and following procedures rather than false statements putting people in fear of being kicked out , communication and the whole office needs an inspection and full training

Marigolds were fully managing my fully furnished property. I was very dissatisfied with the way my property was managed. What agent could do to change your mind?
THEY NEED MORE EXPERIENCE AND THEY NEED TO BE HONEST. SEE ABOVE. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME I AM MAKING FALSE CLAIMS & THEY WILL TAKE ME TO COURT THEY NEED TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.
